How do I return a shirt I purchased?

Unworn/unwashed items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges and restocking fees within 90 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We do not send cash refunds. It will go back onto the credit card that placed the order. If you want to send a return, please mail unworn/unwashed items to us at:

Please include a note or, ideally, write on the original packing slip and include the following information:

  1. The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.
  2. Please identify the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”

Please Note:

  • Customer is required to pay return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using the US Postal Service, but you may ship your item(s) via any major carrier.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • If you have any questions about the return process, please email us.

How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?

Unworn/unwashed items may be exchanged for another item using the following instructions. Send your unworn/unwashed items to us at:

Please include a note or, ideally, write on the original packing slip and include the following information:

  1. The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.
  2. What shirts & sizes (please include gender style – mens or womens) you want in exchange. You may also exchange for a different design.
  3. Sizes available are Women’s Small thru 4XL & Men’s Small thru 4XL. The men’s 2XL is +$2.00, 3XL is +$3.00 and the 4XL is $4.00 extra. Otherwise, all shirts are interchangeable no matter what you paid for them and how much they are on the website now.
  4. The address you would like your new shirts shipped to.
  5. Re-Shipping Fee: Exchange re-shipping fees are as follows: Domestic (USA & Canada) one shirt is $5.00, then add $1 for each additional item. Please send check or money order payable to “NS Media Inc.”, or a credit card number and expiration date (download the Credit Card Form).  Failure to send exchange fee payment will delay your return. Checks or money orders in US Dollars only please.
  6. Lastly, if the shirt was a gift, and you do not want the original purchaser to know that you’re exchanging the item, please write “DO NOT EMAIL” on the note/packing slip and we will not send an email notification concerning the exchange.

Please Note:

Is there a restocking fee?

Any shirt that was not cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or is returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount, which is credited to the card used at purchase.

Hey, you sent me the wrong shirt OR Hey, my shit is defective

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, please contact us and be sure to include your order number and specifics on what we messed up (photos help us believe you, LOL! but seriously). This is done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake! Typically we will send you a replacement shirt, and pay for you to send the defective/incorrect shirt back to us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, specifically Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.

Do you ship internationally?

Not really. We’ll ship to Canada, but that doesn’t really count right? Don’t worry, we’ll be shipping internationally soon, so don’t feel butt hurt.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

NOTE: Colors other than white may take an additional 2-Days in production prior to shipping.

How do I track my package?

We ship via USPS so our options are limited and even the options we have are sorta bullshit. Priority Mail comes with a Delivery Confirmation # that will be sent to you via email when your order is shipped. A Delivery Confirmation # is similar to a tracking number, except it doesn’t work as good. The good news is that when you get your package, you’ll be somewhat surprised, which is what makes the USPS charming.

I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it?

If you have a good shirt idea, send it to us using our contact form, and if we want to acquire your design we will pay you $200.

Note: We require all final art files to be EPS or 600 DPI Photoshop files. Sorry, we have standards.

Are you looking for new models?

Yes, we’re always looking for models. If you are interested, please send us pictures of yourself to models@noshit.com. Include the city you are located in, and any other info you think we will find helpful. The more pictures that you include, the better. The photos don’t need to be professional shots. In fact, if you have some candid shots from your phone sweet.

Ordering

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at shop@noshit.com and let us know ASAP. If your order has not yet been shipped, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. It’s the challenge of having a badass brand with the word “shit” in it. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there contact us and we will confirm your order.

Do your shirts ever go on backorder?

No, but we do pull designs from time to time. We may have delays in production if you order a shirt and we don’t have the size in stock. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any delays. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within 48-72 hours.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will be NoShit.com, or NS Media, Inc, the legal name of our company.

Do you sell shirts wholesale?

Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us and a rep will get back to you ASAP. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.
